Libraries Live Help are embracing Chatwing

Currently many libraries and sites are using the Chatwing chat Button for live help. The feedback has actually been different than what you think. Most libraries are finding that for referencing books and other related information, Chatwing group style works great. There is no real secret when people ask a librarian for help and information and making this info public to other users of the library actually helps them and even answer some of the questions others are asking.
